1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and wg8 ("we," "us," or "the platform"). Accessing any part of wg8.guru — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing bets — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated here by reference. In any conflict between documents, these Terms take precedence.
2. Eligibility
To open and use a wg8 account, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old. We operate a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
- Reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
- Not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of wg8 or its software partners.
- Have a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for identity verification purposes.
We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be closed immediately and any balances forfeited.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One account per person
Each player is permitted exactly one account on wg8. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, phone number, device, or IP address — will be closed. Any bonuses or winnings generated on duplicate accounts will be voided.
3.2 Accurate information
You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering. wg8 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from incorrectly entered payment details (for example, a wrong bKash or Nagad number).
3.3 Account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and PIN confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at [email protected] immediately. wg8 is not liable for losses resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
3.4 KYC verification
wg8 requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents are: National ID Card (NID), Passport, or Driving Licence. Verification is reviewed within 12 hours. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted payment methods
wg8 accepts deposits and withdrawals via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. No third-party payment methods are accepted. The sender name on a payment must match your registered wg8 account name.
4.2 Deposit limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Most deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited within 2 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
4.3 Withdrawal limits and timing
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum withdrawal in a single day is ৳200,000 (Bronze tier; higher-tier VIP members have higher limits). First-time withdrawals may take up to 6 hours while KYC is confirmed. Subsequent approved withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes.
Important: Funds deposited by a method must be withdrawn to the same method. wg8 does not accept or process payments to third-party accounts.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered by wg8 — including the 200% first-deposit bonus (up to ৳8,000) — are subject to a 12× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. Bonuses must be wagered within 7 days of being credited, after which unused bonus funds expire.
Key bonus rules:
- One welcome bonus per household, device, and IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
- wg8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if fraudulent or multi-account activity is detected.
- Reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards carry their own specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Gameplay Rules
All games on wg8 are provided by licensed third-party studios including PG Soft, Playtech, Ezugi, JDB, FA Chai, Spribe, and Sexy Gaming. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a game round, wg8 will follow the game provider's settlement procedure. If no valid round outcome can be determined, stakes will be refunded.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game. Players are responsible for checking these limits before placing bets. Bets placed above the stated maximum may be settled at the maximum limit.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
- Exploiting software errors or game glitches for financial gain.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Money laundering or using wg8 to process funds from illegal activities.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
wg8 cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Any funds associated with fraud will be withheld pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability
wg8 is not liable for: losses caused by internet connectivity issues outside our control; decisions made by third-party game providers; or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure login credentials. Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Amendments
wg8 may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
